MASSAGE THERAPY

At Maintain Independence Clinic in Nantwich, our Massage services offer a variety of techniques to suit your needs. Each type is designed to relieve muscle tension, chronic pain, and stress while promoting overall well-being. Whether you're looking for relaxation or targeted therapeutic work, we customise each session to your specific needs.

  • Swedish Massage: A gentle, flowing massage that enhances relaxation, improves circulation, and reduces muscle tension, perfect for stress relief.
  • Deep Tissue Massage: Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate chronic aches, muscle stiffness, and pain.
  • Foot Massage: Targets pressure points in the feet to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote balance throughout the body.
  • Trigger Point Therapy: Applies focused pressure on specific points in the muscles to relieve tension and address localized pain.
  • Myofascial Release: Aims to relieve tension in the fascia (connective tissue) through gentle, sustained pressure, ideal for chronic pain and restricted movement.
  • Sports Massage: Designed for active individuals, this technique helps prevent injury, relieve muscle soreness, and improve flexibility and performance.

Our skilled therapists work with you to adjust the pressure and techniques to ensure the best results for your condition. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or just in need of relaxation, we are here to support your well-being.

Your comfort is our priority—please communicate any preferences or concerns with your therapist. If you have any specific medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before scheduling a session.
