Our six-week Adaptive Personal Training programis designed for anyone who needs a tailored, supportive approach to exercise. Delivered one-to-one in our dedicated rehabilitation suite, our sessions are led by specialists in health conditions, mobility issues, falls prevention, and neurological conditions, including dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and joint replacement recovery.

This isn’t a gym—it’s a safe, welcoming space without intimidating machines, where your needs and goals come first. Each program is person-centered, focused on improving:

  • Balance– reduce the risk of falls

  • Strength– regain physical resilience

  • Confidence– feel secure in everyday movement

  • Nutrition– advice tailored to support your health and recovery

Our approach is holistic, combining expert rehabilitation techniques with practical advice to help you achieve real-life outcomes. Every session is tailored to your needs, helping you make meaningful progress in just six weeks.
