* 3 x 45-minute follow-up consultations (monthly) to review progress and adapt.
* Ongoing support with meal planning, shopping tips, and recipe guidance.
* Focus on building habits for long-term independence.
* Email support between sessions for quick questions.

Gold Plan – “Thrive & Maintain” (6-Month Package)
* Everything in Nourish & Support.
* 6 x 45-minute follow-ups (monthly or as needed).
* Advanced strategies:
* Anti-inflammatory foods for arthritis/neurological conditions.
* Nutrition to support balance, energy, and strength.
* Guidance on supplements (if appropriate).
* Accountability check-ins to keep progress on track.
