Falls Prevention Group Exercise Programme


Regular sessions online are enjoyable and an engaging experiences that empower participants to build confidence, strength, balance, and coordination.


We provide two variations of this unique class:

  • Steady Steps - NeuroMotion: A fully chair-based programme designed to be neuro-friendly.

  • Steady Steps - Falls Prevention: Designed for those with balance issues.


Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes,
