Freedom to Move combines light strength work with stretching and balance training. This class promotes body awareness, reduces fall risk, and helps participants move more freely and confidently.

All classes are streamed live on Microsoft Teams. Camera use is encouraged for safety feedback but never mandatory. A short health disclaimer will be emailed for completion prior to your first session.
